How to bequest to Gethsemane Community Inc in your Will
It’s important to discuss an option of this kind with you family and with your solicitor before changing your will.
This is a possible clause to add to your Will making a bequest to be applied to Gethsemane Community Inc.:
I bequeath the sum of $ …….. to Gethsemane Community Inc to be applied by the Committee of Management of the Association in furtherance of its work in Australia. I declare that the receipt of the Chair of the Committee, for the time being, will be full and sufficient discharge for my Executors and/or Trustees without requiring further as to the actual application of this bequest.
Gethsemane Community Inc, ABN 23 390 424 713, is legally incorporated under the Associations Incorporation 2009 and Associations Incorporation Regulations 2010. Gethsemane Community Inc is a Public Benevolent Institution and has Deductible Gift Recipient status so that all donations over $2 are tax deductible.
